Kahwa:tsire Family & Child Program joins Macaulay Mountain outdoor playgroup on Friday mornings! >

Are you interested in gaining insight and awareness around Indigenous languages and culture?  Join our outdoor playgroup every Friday at Macaulay Mountain Conservation Area, 224 County Road 8, Picton, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Kahwa:tsire is funded through The Journey Together Program: Ontario’s Government Commitment to Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples.

Kahwa:tsire programs provide families a friendly, safe environment that nurtures, strengthens awareness as well as promotes and celebrates Indigenous languages and cultures.  They strive to create healing relationships between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people.

Play-based learning and experiences that are fun and engaging can include:

* building  *drawing  *storytelling  *music  *creating  *singing  *painting  *foods
